Michael Moch earned his 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo Kuk Ki Won Certified, World Tae Kwon Do Federation on March 5, 2011. He has competed successfully in both Taekwondo and Karate competitions. His training is focused on traditional technique, competition Tae Kwon Do poomse training and competition weapons kata. Michael has also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Poomsae Training from the Korean World Taekwondo Academy - Kukkiwon, Certificate of Participation for Class I Referee from American Taekwondo United, and the Presidential Champion Gold Award from President Barack Obama. He is a practicing student and active assistant instructor at Mu Do Martial Arts.
Mr. Moch was born in Dallas TX, was raised in Garland, TX, and completed his secondary education at Naaman Forrest High School. After completing a four year tour in the United States Air Force, he attended the University of Texas at Dallas, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He is currently employed as a Lead Programmer for a global HR software company.
